“My work proposal put the guys at Artcraft up against a wall, but they accepted the challenge and rose to the occasion. We had contracted with another firm for a complete tear-off and install of a new roof in October 2015. By December 2015, it was made clear that the roof was done so poorly by the first shop that it had to be completely torn off again and re-installed. I contacted Anthony at Artcraft, explained my predicament, and told him I needed to find someone to completely re-do the roof, start-to-finish within just a few weeks, in January. At this time I had extensive water damage inside the house from the October 2015 roof to manage, and my wife was 7 months pregnant. Anthony rounded up his troops, ordered the supplies, and got to work. The materials were all delivered within two days of signing the contract, and the work was done as quickly as it could be while coping with January weather. Anthony and the work site foreman are all very friendly and thorough. Everything was completed just as I expected, and just as Anthony had explained it would be. I rated the value to be a little lower because I found Artcraft to be a little higher than center on the price scale. But the work was done very well and it was done against very rigid expectations from me. For that, I was willing to pay a premium.”
